If your puppy does not "go potty" outside remember to bring them back inside and put them into their crate for 10-15 minutes, then back outside until the "go potty" outside. They only get to run around the house after you have seen them relieve themselves outside.
As a general rule, a young puppy can hold their bladder the age in months plus 1.
Example: a 3 month old puppy can wait 4 hours in between potty breaks
